We have developed a great long-term relationship with customer, EQT Exeter. We started at a small building in Louisville, CO performing a Due Diligence of the HVAC equipment and were then asked to survey two more buildings in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO. The ownership group was looking to replace some larger packaged RTU’s, so our Service Retrofit Sales team provided pricing and were awarded both projects in June of 2022. The project pictured is 329 Interlocken where we replaced two 60 Ton Carrier RTU’s along with an upgrade to the existing JCI controls. This project just wrapped up and the system is working well for the customer.
