Timberline was contracted by Lefthand Brewing Company to do both the Steam and Chiller water design and install. The photo is the finished install of the 140-ton chilled water system, including a set of direct coupled pumps to provide redundant operation and a buffer tank to help compensate for load changes. Additional taps were installed for a future 140-ton chiller as the plant grows. This chiller is used to remove heat from the fermentation tanks, brite tanks and cold liquor tank.
