Timberline Mechanical was contracted by Longmont United Hospital to replace three large standard-efficiency Weil McLane boilers and a large indirect water heater heated by the boilers. The Timberline Service Retrofit team installed 3-high efficiency Aerco Benchark boilers to provide heating water and 2-high efficiency Aerco on demand water heaters to provide domestic hot water. Timberline kept the domestic hot water online throughout the project using our temporary boiler system. This solution delivered 15% energy savings to the client.
