In November 2022, our long-standing customer reached out to see if we would be interested in performing a Due Diligence for Specialized Bicycles. Specialized Bicycles was under contract to purchase a building in Louisville, Colorado and needed a pre-purchase Due Diligence to ensure they were getting a high-quality functional HVAC system and to help with price negotiations. Our technicians Andrew Pierce, Stuart Benson and Brandon Lukas dug deep into all their HVAC systems. Our team found that a DSB (Diamond System Builder) file was never generated.
In August 2023, we were hired to not only generate DSB files but repair several leaks on the three VRF systems. Our technician’s, Garrett Gibbons and Paul Gallegos, worked to provide information to the manufacturer to build the file. After all the leaks were repaired, the critical charge was installed, and the system is up and running with proper documentation. As a result of our efforts, the customer is working with Jason Way in our office to finalize a PM contract for all the systems at Specialized Bicycle at the Louisville location.
